Thermal cookers are a slow cooker that save up to 80% on energy use. does not need anymore electricity or gas. Once your meals initial preparation has been completed, just bring your prepared meal up to heat on the stove and then simmer for 10 to 15minutes  depending on what you are cooking. Place the prepared meal into the insulated outer pot, lock down the lid and leave for 5 to 8 hours depending on the meal.
